The Red House Chester
Who could resist dining and looking out over this view of the River Dee?
Do you always walk out of Wharton Lock Apartment and turn towards the city, well next time go to the traffic lights at the end of the road and turn left, then follow the road called Dee Banks. Along here you will find 'The Red House'. This modern restaurant has floor to ceiling glass walls that overlook the River Dee, but most importantly it has a fantastic atmosphere and great menus.

Afternoon tea - a pot of tea, cucumber, mature Cheddar, smoked salmon and roast ham finger sandwiches, homemade scones with jam and clotted cream and a selection of cakes.
Sunday Lunch - with a choice of Roast Pork, Beef or even their 'Secret Roast' (you will have to go there to find out what that is!)
or the entensive A la Carte Menu ..... we couldnt resist the steak (from a Cheshire Estate) plus their wonderful 'Three-times cooked chips' !!

Last Weekends available in October
21st or 28th October for 3 nights now £310
Midweek breaks Monday to Friday in November and December
4 nights for 2 or 4 guests - now just £290
