In celebration of British Yorkshire Pudding Day on Sunday 5th February, we thought it might be a good idea to let you know where you can enjoy a carvery or roast dinner in Chester during your stay.
In Hoole, about 3 miles from Wharton Lock Apartment, you will find the ever popular Toby Carvery a great place to enjoy a roast - they even have a choice of 4 roasts on a Sunday, Beef, Lamb, Gammon and Turkey.

4* Gold Wharton Lock Apartment has Hynos Beds and new Gold Award!
Last week the Hypnos van arrived at Wharton Court to deliver the new beds for BOTH the master and twin bedrooms. So now when you stay in Chester you can enjoy these luxury Hypnos Balmoral beds.
Hypnos Beds, holders of a HM Queen Elizabeth II Royal Warrant, say their beds are 'The most comfortable beds in the world'.

The Red House Chester
Who could resist dining and looking out over this view of the River Dee?
Do you always walk out of Wharton Lock Apartment and turn towards the city, well next time go to the traffic lights at the end of the road and turn left, then follow the road called Dee Banks. Along here you will find 'The Red House'. This modern restaurant has floor to ceiling glass walls that overlook the River Dee, but most importantly it has a fantastic atmosphere and great menus.

It is a good idea to book a table (ask for one in the window!). For an A La Carte experience the Chateaubriand is not to be missed. Monday to Thursday nights they have a Table D'Hote menu with 3 courses for just .................
