Bookings can start on either a Friday or Monday In high season bookings can only start on Fridays.

Maximum number of guests

A maximum of 4 guests can be accommodated, full names of all guests must be completed on the Booking Form.
Debit and Credit Card Payments

Personal Debit Card payments are processed free of additional charges. Personal Credit Card Payments are processed with a charge of 2%. Business, corporate or purchasing card payments are processed with a charge of 2.5%. American Express cards are processed with a charge of 4%. We do not accept payment by Maestro International Card.
Reservation Deposit

25% of the rental for your stay at Wharton Lock Apartment must be paid on booking. A Booking Form must also be completed.
Balance Payment

The balance of the rental payment, together with the Breakage Deposit, must be received 8 weeks prior to your arrival.
Bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival

The total rental plus Breakage Deposit must be paid on reservation. A Booking Form must also be completed.
Breakage Deposit

Breakage Deposit of £100 per stay, for holidays between 3 nights and two weeks, subject to our Terms and Conditions.
