We are based in Spain and our international clients can contact us via telephone, Fax, email or post. In addition we have a UK telephone number that diverts to Spain at our cost, to allow UK clients to contact us at normal UK landline rates. This can also be used to contact us during your stay at Wharton Lock Apartment.

What is the booking process?
- Once we have confirmed availability and price, let us know you would like to reserve the dates.
- We will send you an email containing a secure link to our online Booking Form.
- You complete the Booking Form, choosing your payment method and accepting our Terms and Conditions (these can also be accessed via the footer of our website)

We send you an email containing the Rental Costs and the payment details.
For bookings made over 8 weeks prior to arrival - We require an immediate payment of 20% of the rental costs or 100 pounds, whichever is the greater. Then the balance plus the Breakage Deposit is to be paid 8 weeks prior to arrival.
For bookings made within 8 weeks of arrival - We require the full rental cost plus Breakage Deposit to be paid immediately.
- A month before your stay at Wharton Lock Apartment we send you the arrival details and map.
- After your check out we contact you by email to ask you about your stay and to ask for your bank details for the refund of your Breakage Deposit.
- Once the apartment has been serviced after your stay, subject to no damage, the Breakage Deposit is returned to your account.
